River Oaks Golf Camp

Does your company host an anual golf tournament at River Oaks? 

We are offering a fun and informative option for those whose golfing skills are not quite ready for the golf course. While your associates are on the course you will be on the range learning about this wonderful game and how to play it. This program is designed for all skill levels, our PGA Professionals and certified instructors will be providing not only an introduction for beginners but an alternative golf camp for intermediate and advanced golfers during your company's tournament.

Through group instruction you will participate in three 45 minute informative and skill building stations:

1. (GAS) Gripping, Aiming, Standing  &  Putting/chipping/pitching procedure
2. Full Swing  & Driving procedure
3. Bunker and Skill shot procedures

You will also participate in the following:

• Putting course contest – prizes for the winning 2 person teams (the putting course will also serve as a way to learn some of the basic scoring and rules of the game), ideal for true beginners
• Video Swing Analysis and student web profile.  This is an optional experience and is designed for those truly interested in improving their game and understanding the swing fundamentals practiced throughout the day.  This is a tool we use is private lessons.  Your swing video and analysis will be uploaded to our website and available for viewing or download from anywhere you have Internet access.

 You will participate in all banquet funtions and prize ceremonies scheduled by your tournament hosts.
